Once you've finally decided on a size and you've decided on a style of your arrangement,
you need to pick a container. If it's going to be more casual, you could pick something
very small and something that you could totally hide with flowers, so that you don't see much
of the container, or you could add the container as part of the arrangement and a little bit
more traditional, go with the pedestal; it'll raise it up higher off the table. The other
thing you need to make sure is that it has felt on the bottom so that it doesn't scratch
your table, you could buy these felt pads at any hardware store. Just pick it up and
put them on the bottom of the containers, this way the container will not scratch the
table or any surface that it's on, whether it's glass or wood, and it also, makes it
feel a lot softer and nicer when you go to set it down. So, the next thing you need to
do, after you decide on a style, is come up with a container, whether you don't want to
see it or whether you do want to see it, with these two.
