So you wanna know how to burn fat? Well there are many ways to accomplish this but I'll
start with the easiest. First things first. You have got to get your diet in check. If
you want to have an impressive looking body you need to clean up your diet. You always
see people who are in incredible shape eating junk food and they tell you that you can do
the same. What you fail to realize is they don't have stubborn fat deposits on their
bodies. In order to start burning fat you need to train your body to stop relying on
sugars for energy. Some of the leanest people you'll ever see have figured this out.
Have you ever seen someone who is fairly lean but still has flab on their belly? Of course
you have! Although this could be a hormone issue, its most likely that the body is going
after sugars and glucose rather than tapping into those fat stores. This can be a very
frustrating situation to deal with. But there is a solution.
The most basic approach would be to reduce your daily calories by at least 500. If you
reduce your daily calories by 500 you could lose 1lb per week. You have to burn 3500 calories
in order to lose 1 lb so now you see why the 500 calorie deficit comes into play. (After
7 days those 500 add up to 3500) The next approach would be to go on a low
carb diet. When you go "low carb" you essentially deplete the muscles of glycogen which gives
your muscles the flat look. Many people do not like this but it is a necessary step towards
ridding your body of stubborn fat. Once your glycogen has been depleted your body will
be forced to go after the next available energy source.......... "FAT"
To expand on the low carb diet you could increase your fats. When carbs are low your insulin
spikes are not as radical, thus storage of food as fats is greatly reduced. Also limiting
carbs to 10 grams when your meal contains high amounts of fats will also reduce fat
spill over. The final step is working out in a fasted
state. When you enter a workout fasted, HGH (growth hormone) becomes a valuable asset.
Growth hormone has fat burning characteristic all its own as well as muscle sparing properties.
This means you're not burning up precious muscle tissue as many fitness gurus would
have you believe. While you're fasting your body will tap into those fat deposits for
energy. When you eat right before you begin training your body will utilize those calories
for fuel. So you if you can train fasted you should definitely give it a go.
These are just a few basic tips you can utilize right now to start seeing results. If you
