This lady was a stay at home mom of three kids, while her husband was a Chrysler executive.
They'd had their dream home on paper for 18 years but with no means to build it. But her
financial dreams started smaller, just hoping to find an extra $50 a week to take her family
She discovered ACN when it was nothing more than an idea on paper and became ACN's very
Within three years they were living a dream life in their dream home, and they have never
looked back since. She's focused on belief in herself and began telling herself that
she could do it.
That, combined with her commitment to never miss a training led her to override one of
ACN's largest organizations. But when it comes to their financial accomplishments, they describe
their lifestyle as beyond their wildest dreams. When they first got involved, there were no
success stories to speak of, and they certainly never dreamed that they would be one of ACN's
biggest at this time. So please help us promote to the very esteemed position of
Senior vice president. Debbie and Jeff Davis.
It takes courage to work this business and I know that every member of our team has displayed
a sense of courage to get to whatever level that they chose to get to with this business.
And we don't take that for granted. We appreciate that so much. Thank you to all of you.
And if you were to tell me seventeen years ago that we would be living the lifestyle
that we live today I would never have believed that. You see, seventeen years ago my mind
hadn't expanded enough to even be able to conceive that such a lifestyle was even possible.
It took me two solid years to truly believe in my heart that I could be at the top of
this company. From that time, and it was RVP at the time, it took me a year
from that time to get to RVP, and here is why. Because I made the decision. Everybody
has that seed of greatness in them. That we can all do this if we make that decision that
we're gonna do this. And I'll tell you, you know, this opportunity is just amazing because,
you know, the personal growth that you go through, that's really the meat and potatoes
of this business. The money is the gravy. That's just the gravy.
I'll tell you what does motivate me, thinking that we needed to be an example for each and
every one of you. To prove to you that you can do this. That there are no boundaries,
no limits, and the only limits that you have are the ones that you are going to put on
yourself. And that you have to have the courage not to limit yourself and to go all the way
to the top and to be able to do whatever you choose to do in this business, so that you
can not only change your life, but you change the lives of countless numbers of other people.
We are all put here for a purpose, and that purpose is good and it's a purpose to help
other people. And if it's not that then what else, you know, so, this is such an incredible
vehicle for us to be able to help so many other people.
We always try to do the best we can at whatever we try to do and the position was there. It
was always there for us, so we wanted to go after it. If it's there, why not? We were
sitting at the Regional Vice President position for a long time because we got comfortable
at it. It gave us so much, so it's hard to motivate us in the beginning, but once we
got going we saw, you know, as Debbie said, we owed it to the company to get there. And
once, once the ball started rolling we created some momentum and we took it right to the
end. It was great.
You gotta step outside the box to see this, to really understand all it's gonna give you.
And you have to have the courage and the guts to go for it. But that's all it is. If you
do have that you can go all the way to the top of this company. And we don't want to
stop until everybody gets here that truly wants to.
It's amazing to see what they've done, the people they became, the individuals they've
impacted and influenced, like myself and my brother. It's just been exceptional to watch
champions get the reward they got today. It's absolutely unbelievable.
You know I've known Debbie and Jeff for 17 years and this promotion couldn't happen to
better people. I mean I've met a lot of people in my life but I've never met, people that
are more genuine, more caring, more loving and really care about people.
I go all the way back to 15 years when I first met Debbie and all the things we went through
early on learning the business together and all those flashbacks were coming through my
mind and all the tremendous things she did for my family, which were just her coaching
abilities to help me and my family to get through the early ups and downs of ACN. Just
priceless, absolutely priceless.
