Alternate Day Diet (ADF) by Gary who is determined to Learn How To Lose Weight Fast Using Intermittent Fasting. I weighed myself 82.2kg NO change from yesterday - At-least I am not putting weight. And my scores on the mode 3/3 and 2/5 and it was a fasting day.Overall an OK day, feeling low on energy early in the morning
But then later on after eating something at around o'clock I picke some energy and I was able to go for a late night run before I went to bed.My learnings- I read a book about alternate day fasting by a doctor I'll put it on the screen later.
I learnt how I can improve things by restricting calorie intake on my fasting days. The idea is to restrict myself to 20 calories intake on my fasting day. On my normal day I am taking around 3500 and I am going to restrict myself to 500 calories a day.
So I am able to accelerate my weight loss by combining exercise and alternate day fasting and achieve my 10k loss goals. OK thanks for tuning in to every other day fasting diet.
