In this clip let's learn the Reverse Maya or Reverse Figure 8. So, we'll start with
the arms out to the side in our basic position, legs slightly apart. And for this one, we're
going to start by shifting and pulling the hip in towards center, then contract the side
muscle, come up and over and down. So we'll do it just on one hip first. And pull in,
up, over, down. In, up, over, down. And other side. In, up, over, down. In, up, over, down.
In, contract, push over and we'll go from side to side. In, up, over, down. In, up,
over, down. In, up, over, down. And let's flow together. Flow it altogether. Going from
side to side, and remember to breathe.
