Soon as the two point o came around, that's when I started coming up with these ideas.
You know, I thought about it with a ski before, back in the day, and as soon as it came into
my head, I didn't know if it'd be possible. Like even when we were finished, Danny hit
it first try and barely made it up. If you're not in the right place at the right time,
you're going to get hurt. That's what pushes the sport. Without these kind of rails, we'd
just be hitting flat bars and doing the same thing everybody else is doing every day. I
was kind of nervous that it wasn't going to work, but it did. And I'll tell you what:
it was the hardest thing I've ever hit in my entire life. No control, it's all you from
take-off to finish. It's slack rope, like you're snowboarding, but you have no edge
control. You all right? Yeah. I was going to catch you. Did you hurt your knee? No,
my shin.
