Welcome to ClicknPrint. This demo will show you how to print all-purpose 4UP post cards.
To start, click on the Cards category. Go to 8.5 x 11 Cards and 4UP cards.
As you can see, each sheet will contain four post cards.
At any time use the Zoom in and Zoom out buttons at the top of the screen to get a better view
of your page.
You can also use the horizontal and vertical buttons to change the orientation of your
page.
Begin your message by making a text box. For this example, we're going to make cards for
a baby announcement.
Be sure to highlight any font you wish to change. You can change the size of your font
in the right-hand menu.
Also, by having the Click to Hover Over Font box checked off, you can mouse over different
fonts and see which one will work best for your cards.
When you are happy with your text, use the copy and paste icons at the top of the screen
to paste your text into the rest of the cards on your sheet.
Feel free to make any adjustments you need.
If you wish to change the color of one or more text boxes, you can do so by checking
off the Click to Hover Color box and trying out different colors.
If you want, you can add multiple text boxes per card to create a layout for each card.
Continue to personalize your first card, for example, by adding a body paragraph and a
closing statement.
Be creative and try experimenting with different fonts and layouts to create a unique card.
When you finish, copy and paste your layout to the rest of your cards.
When you finish editing your text, you can embellish your cards by adding an image, shapes
and lines, or clip art.
ClicknPrint features a wide selection of clip art for a variety of themes.
Like with text boxes, you can change the size of any clip art and also copy and paste it.
Finally, customize each card for the different recipients on your list.
In ClicknPrint you can work on up to 10 unique pages of post cards. To do this, click Add
New Page at the bottom of the screen.
As you can see, you have two pages of cards queued at the bottom of the screen. Simply
customize this new page of cards for the rest of your recipients.
When you print, all of the pages you have added will print out sequentially, one after
the other.
When you've completed your cards, click on the Print icon in the top right corner of
the screen.
In the print menu, click on Preferences. Make sure that the paper size is set to a standard
8.5 x 11 letter and the orientation is set to Portrait.
Also, you may have several printers to choose from. Make sure that you have the correct
printer selected in your list.
Always make sure to print out a test page first to make sure that your cards look exactly
how you want them to look.
