Shocking new CCTV footage from a BBC Two program captures the moment a 43-year-old man was
kicked through the top window of a London double-decker bus and sent tumbling onto the
pavement like a rag doll.
It all began in late 2012 when a fight broke out aboard a bus near Finsbury Park in north
London.
Panicked passengers notified the driver, but they were too late.
The unidentified victim was struck with a kick so powerful he was sent out flying out
a top-deck window.
The window popped out of its frame, and the victim crashed onto the sidewalk before rolling
into the path of oncoming traffic on a busy London road.
The victim survived the savage attack but is now paralyzed from the waist down.
Swift justice, however, doesn't appear to have been meted out, and the 38-year-old suspect managed
to beat all the charges against him.
