Hi this is Crystal, from FAU and I'm here to do a short tutorial on how to login to your owl apps
Now you have two ways to access your owl apps, the first way is by going directly to the myfau site. The Address is myfau.fau.edu.
Once you're on this page you're going to sign in with your FAUNet ID and password. Click on Login.
On the right you're going to see an Owl Apps channel where you can quickly access calendar, docs, and sites.
I'm going to go ahead and click on Docs.
And it's going to prompt me to login again. I'm going to type in my FAUNet ID and password and I'm going to click LOGIN
Now this takes me directly to where I can have access to my documents, presentations and spreadsheets.
As well as Calendar, Sites, Groups, and under more I have a few more options.
I'm going to go ahead and sign out.
I'm going to close this window.
And I'm going to go ahead and log out of myFAU.
So the second way that you can get to your owl apps is by typing in docs.google.com
Okay and once you're on this page you're going to put in your FAU email address. So you want to include your FAU netID and the @fau.edu.
You're going to leave the password field blank and then click Sign in.
You're going to be automatically taken to an authitication page where you're going to sign in with your FAUNet ID and password.
Then you're going to click LOGIN
Okay and you can see this takes us to the same spot that we were before when we logged in through myFAU.
I have access again to my documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and anything else I've uploaded.
Okay and that's it. Please check out our other videos to learn more about owl apps and thanks for watching.
