You've been diagnosed with breast cancer and your doctor
has prescribed Avastin as a therapy. Did you know that the
Federal Drug Administration (the FDA),had
revoked the usage of Avastin as treatment for breast cancer?
Hello. My name is Bill Dubanevich. I'm an attorney with
the firm Parker Waichman. And I have important information
regarding the use of Avastin. The FDA has determined Avastin
to be medically useless in the treatment of breast cancer. What
does it means when the FDA determines that a drug is
"medically useless" for its intended purpose of treating? It
means that studies have shown that taking Avastin for breast
cancer therapy has no impact at all on killing the cancer cells
or diminishing the propagation of the cancer cells. The FDA has
determined that the benefits do not outweigh the harm Avastin
may cause if you are prescribed when you take this drug. Your
physician, as of November 28, 2011, should not prescribe
Avastin for the treatment of breast cancer. It has no impact.
If you had additional questions or would like more information,
my name is Bill Dubanevich. Call me, I have the answers. Thank
you.
