Hi, my name is Jessica Claire and I'm a professional dating coach here in New York City for New
York Dating Coach. In this clip we're going to talk about when is it a good time to discuss
the future with your significant other. I think it's really important to note that you
don't want to bring this up too soon. This will get everyone who's got a fear of commitment
right out the door right away. So you need to be prepared to take this slow. A good time
to start to discuss the future so marriage, having children, where you maybe want to end
up with your life, what your aspirations are, should be a slow process. When you talk about
your career, or what you liked at work, you'll start to discuss sort of what you want to
do, career wise in the future. And that might come up but you are going to end up moving
to the West Coast and but, you'd love to someday get married and have kids. It's important
to then slowly over some time I think , I think you'll feel out after you know that
you're committed and exclusive with a person, when it's appropriate to discuss doing those
things together. If she's not in to it and you're not in to it and the commitment and
the compatibility's not there, maybe it's time to think about finding someone new. This
is Jessica Claire with New York Dating Coach.
