Today, we are making "Hare Mutter ki Chaat".
Heat the oil in a non-stick pan.
Add the asafoetida.
Add the green peas and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
Add the black salt.
Add the dry ginger powder.
Add the dry mango powder.
Add the coriander.
Add the green chillies.
Add the chaat masala and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
Add the chilli powder.
Add salt to taste.
Mix well and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
Remove from the flame and the mixture to a bowl.
Spread the curds over it.
Add some sweet chutney over it.
Spread the coriander.
Add the tomatoes.
Sprinkle the cumin seed powder.
Sprinkle the chilli powder.
Sprinkle salt to taste.
Sprinkle a few potato sticks and serve immediately.
