Suppose you're having some friends over,
and you decided you want to make them pizza.
So you take all your ingredients. But what are you taking?
Frozen dough, sauce in a jar? Everything is artificial.
But what about authenticity? Can you make it authentically?
We have a pizza connoisseur, and expert here,
who's going to tell us how you can make the difference in your pizza today.
And maybe, try it here, first. Tell us about that.
First step, I would say: throw the frozen dough out.
If you really wanna make pizza at home,
it's gonna take a little bit of effort
to produce a quality pizza like we produce here,
or any really well-known establishment that's known for pizza.
It all starts in technique, of course, and in the quality,
but you want to make sure, when making the dough,
it's more important, the fermentation process,
than actually, the ingredients you're gonna put in there.
Fermentation will provide a flavor that's so amazing,
the longer it goes, at the right temperatures,
will distinguish the difference between, you know,
that frozen dough you spoke of,
and the pizza that'll just be popping where your neighbors went.
You're gonna smell it from across the street and wanna come in.
Along with getting tomatoes, and all,
you don't wanna pick just any random tomato.
You wanta find the tomato that's salmanzano; that's authentic salmazano, tomato.
And you don't want to crush it with ingredients.
It's about finding simplistic, maybe a little Chilean Sea Salt,
some fresh basil, and extra-*** olive oil. Keep it simple.
And the mozzarella cheese you usually find, get the very best.
Go to your nearest Italian deli, ask them,
'what's the finest mozzarella cheese you have?'
And, if you can't find it there, maybe your pizzeria would love to sell it to you,
if they're still using a good quality brand, an amazing brand.
Then, you can produce amazing pizza.
But it's going to take, I would say, you're gonna need three days,
to let that dough ferment, time is critical.
Think about it: three days before you're gonna eat that pizza.
Bake it and tell, you're gonna see an amazing difference. I guarantee it.
Wow. Well that's something I'm gonna try in my kitchen,
but just in case you don't have three days, you can always come here,
and enjoy a pizza fresh off the grill. And how do we find you?
