To access member, search click on the members search tab from the home page.
In member search, you can view the member details of all the active members in your organisation.

you can select
the search button to view all the members
or you can refine your search by using the search criteria fields.
In member search, you can see the member's basic details by clicking on view details.
these will be the members basic details
that match the pension records as at the date shown.
if you click on pension details
you will see more information about the member's pension details such as the last pay held
by the fund
and tthe member's service history.
From member search, you can then complete and submit an online form.
These are the online forms to tell the Fund about a retirement, early leaver, a cancellation of membership,
a death in service or
to request a retirement estimate.
for example
to tell us about it an early leaver,
click on the early leaver form
and complete the details
You will see that the common data such as the address is pre-populated.
The boxes in red are manditory fields.
Once you have completed the form, click the submit button
You willl see a message asking you to confirm
you agree to send the form and you should click ok.
The submitted form
will appear in your outbox after a few minutes
as a pdf version.
