Now remember earlier I was talking about how we really enjoy salty and sweet foods. Because
we enjoy sweet a lot of times people will resort to drinking sodas. But remember we
need to try and get our dairy servings in because they do offer calcium although they're
not the only food that do provide calcium. But they do offer a great source of calcium
so most people need two to three servings a day, so a great way would be to maybe replace
the sodas that we have in our refrigerators with milk. Try to get some milk in and also
yogurt. They have those wonderful containers of yogurt that can keep in your backpack maybe
up to an hour that you can carry with you for breakfast or a snack. They stay you can
keep them at your work if you have a refrigerator. You can find some different ways of getting
those dairy into your day when you're a busy individual. They are great to add to your
fruit and nuts, things like that.
