of hypnosis. So what is some hypnotic induction techniques. basically anything that will quite
the conscience mind, bore the conscience mind. Remember the conscienceless just go over the
conscience mind is ten percent of the brain, sub conscience is ninety percent. When the
conscience mind is quite, sub conscience is opened that's when we are if hypnosis. So
the way we make that happen there is so many ways but all that just a few. An eye fixation
tiring the eyes you can roll your eyes your eyes back up in your head and stare at a spot
of the ceiling or stare up somebody's hand that's just above your eyes kind of closer
to your forehead and just starring at that spot maybe taking a deep breath or two. And
as the eyes get tired and start to blink they will close down that induces hypnosis. Taking
somebody in their mind down an elevator or escalator or stairs if at all is deepening
the state but just having go down the stairs. As they see the stairs they visualize and
then they begin to feel tired. Listening to quite a music and allowing yourself to drift
off to daydream. That also gets you into be ready to be in hypnosis. There is rapid induction
where a trained hypnotis will pull a person forward its very very and pull them forward
and they say sleep and its very quick and its very effective for some people. The constant
sound and the constant rhythm of anything for instance a metronome the ticking back
and forth comes the ticking the rhythm of it will sometimes the person just pays attention
will help him just kind of tune out and that begins to get you to hypnotics state. Even
to just suggestions about relaxation just talking to somebody and and having them visualize
relaxing all their muscles that will also get them into a relaxed state. Counting backwards
I am going to count from twenty five down to one will get progressively more sleepy,
more relaxed as I count that could be to a way to induce hypnosis. So just a few the
induction techniques and they are always more available on the internet and there is so
many different ways to induce hypnosis. But they are fun and nice way to start the relaxation
process with perfect hypnosis.
