to you the week before Thanksgiving and I want to give you some advice today. Did you
know that the average Thanksgiving meal actually has more than 3,000 calories on average ? Here
s what you really, really don t think about, it s very, very sneaky and it just goes along
with your meal comes in a cup, yes! your drink, so not only are you having all this soda,
having all this food, having this much sugar, but having alcohol as well so those are the
calories that we all forget about that s not even including the 3,000 or 3500 that you
spent on that one Thanksgiving meal, that s another probably between 600 and a 1,000
calories that go straight down, you don t even feel them, you don t even know. Just
so you know 3,000 calories is a lot! It s the same as 28 glasses of wine, geese after
drinking that I would have to take me to the doctor and pump my stomach. 25 cans of beer
with that much combination it s going to come out somewhere, 15 chicken *** with that
much protein I don t care how much water you drink you re getting kidney stones. 13 bowls
pizza you want to open your own pizzeria yet? 11 snicker s bars, come on where you really
not satisfied after the first 3? 5 and a half Big Mac s from McDonald s have you ever seen
that baby supersize me? Wonder if you ll think of Thanksgiving dinner the same. 1700 tacos
from Taco Bell, you are crossing more than just the border on that one or 17 hot dogs
can you really handle that many wieners? Do you really want to stay in your Thanksgiving
dinner? Plus after you re done with your meal, your stomach is going to be out to about here,
then when you re done with your alcohol your stomach is going to be out to here, you re
going to look like you re going to have a baby. Then you re going to think about this,
your uncle is going to look like he is going to have a baby, your mom she s going to look
like she is going to have a baby again, your dad, your dad is even going to look like his
having a baby. I want you to wake up excited on Thanksgiving morning and I want you to
do a great high intensity workout we are going to get our fat burning started in the day
early. We just posted one of my workouts it s the 500 rep workout this workout killed
me so I know it will definitely do the same for you. Second thing I want you to consider
is I want you to consider fasting, now I don t want you to starve yourself where you feel
sick and your just not going to make it and you re going to fall over on the floor and
someone is going to take you to the hospital, no. I m telling you to avoid eating I want
you to think of saving those calories for this big meal that you plan on having. When
it gets down to your actual Thanksgiving meal here s some quick and easy things that you
can change to help you also stay on track and not overload on those calories. It s still
just a meal so load your plate up if you go for seconds you go back for seconds but when
you are full stop eating. When you go for dessert don t get five desserts get, one dessert.
The last thing, you can think about after you re done eating a lot of us are still tempted
to grab food because it s just there. I want you to commit to cutting yourself off. If
you re hosting Thanksgiving dinner here s what I want you to do serve the buffet in
your house and then when everyone is leaving I want you to serve a buffet and go straight
out your front door. This doesn t have to be 5 days of Thanksgiving, this is 1 day of
Thanksgiving 1 meal that you can allow yourself then give everything away and it s gone you
are not going to eat any more, now if you are going somewhere for Thanksgiving I want
you to definitely not take home any leftovers right. Find somebody else that wants to take
it home. Hopefully I ve kind of got you prepped up and I ve got you thinking about Thanksgiving.
Wake up do your great 500 rep workout I promise you will want to die after that workout, then
I want you to consider cutting back on the things you can cut back. Remember we don t
need 7 different desserts 1 dessert, Thanksgiving is not a week long, it is 1 day. Happy eating,
