I'm going to continue talking about the toes and the top part of the feet. I have just
rotated the toes. Now with my thumb and the inside part of the thumb I'm going to be sliding
in. and I'm not pressuring too much on to the thumbs. I'm just going in and leaning
in, going towards the toes. I'm not squeezing too hard in between the two because I'm trying
to save my fingers and my hands from overuse. After doing your toes and your feet for 20
or 30 minutes trust me, your hands can get really really tired. So I'm just pushing everything
out. I can continue this on all the way up through the foot here. I am double thumbing
my thumb here because it is assisting me with the pressure. I can go in too but that would
be more usage of my thumb so I'm coming down and I'm moving all the way up towards the
toes and I can continue all the way. It's just a simple gliding stroke.
