Welcome! Let’s take you through the steps to complete
and submit your report. To enter the portal click on “login with
AUSkey”, where you will be asked to select your credential and enter an AUSkey password.
To begin reporting, go to the ‘reporting tab’ and click on ‘start or continue report’.
You will then be taken to the reporting summary page, where you will see the five steps to
completing and submitting your report. For each step you will see the completion
status, which will change from ‘not started’ to ‘in progress’ to ‘completed’ as
you move through the steps. To start, click on ‘confirm organisation
reporting details’. Here you can check your organisation’s details
are correct. If changes are required you can do this through the organisation tab. If not
check the box to confirm all details are correct, and then click ‘save’
Next, go to the completed workplace profile section.
The workplace profile may be provided to the Agency as either unit level data or in an
aggregated form. There are 3 steps to complete:
First, generate and download an Excel template. If you are providing unit level data, select
option 1 to generate and download the template. If you are providing aggregated data, then
select option 2. Here you will need to indicate how many reporting levels to the CEO exist
for each of the standardised manager categories. Populate this template with your workplace
profile data. Upload the template to the portal. The system
will validate the template, if there are any issues check your data and re-upload.
Once all fields are marked as “passed” you can submit the document and proceed to
the reporting questionnaire. Responses in the reporting questionnaire are
typically in a yes / no format. Where ‘no’ is selected, employers will have the option
to provide a reason/s for this. Some questions may require completing a table and some questions
may have free text options available.
Once responses to all questions have been entered you may submit the reporting questionnaire.
Next, complete the notification and access requirements.
You will need to confirm that you have met each of the requirements by checking the boxes.
Finally, complete CEO sign off. Report contacts will be required to confirm the CEOs details
to convey their signature in the online system. You will be able to submit the report once
you have completed all five steps.
This is also where you will be able to download both the public and confidential versions
