small guide of light products: apart from butters and margarine's, we sought and tasted different light poducts. we gathered them by families: products accmpanying an aperitif frozen ready-made dishes cheeses
these list don't have the claim to complete but they will guide your steps. than after that you haveto seek nw products. and the motivation wil be your motor.
1. for the aperitif: by accompanying a tomato juice raised by a celery salt or a little alcolized drink as a good wine glass or a champagne flute.
serve small pancake of potato or seame crusty with only 10% of fat content. be able to present various sort o olives filled with anchovies or various gherkins prepare small toasts with a fine layer of tapenade.
2. frozen ready-made dishes: with a little time and patienc, it wil be relatively easy for you to unearth lighted dishes containing fish. those dishes seem non-existnt. indeed, their preparation requires a fry mode of cooking. they have to be excluded.

3. cheese: there are many lighted cheesesw which contain only 30% of fat content. these chese consumption will not be episodically, one or twice a week. it exists various cheses reduced to 25% of fat which you will use when a recipe requires it imperativly
sour cream: there exist several varieties of liquid cream or thick cream reduced to 8% of fat content. it could be used with parsimony for th realization o certain recipes.
fresh cheeses with fruits they also exist 0% fat content. they can be mousse of fruits, with prunes, strawberries, with fruits of the markey. you will also find fresh cheeses with vanilla with 0% fat content.

6. sweetened biscuits: small dessert cakes with only 6 to 13% of fa content aromatized with red fruits, apricots or prunes little tuile with lemon crusty with apricots and hazel nuts crunchy with chocolate
