Hi everyone! It’s Katie Humphrey. We’re here with Day 73 of 90 Days to Freedom. Every
day for 90 days, I’m giving you my tips and strategies that I used to holistically
reverse my symptoms with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). These are the same tips and
strategies that women who don’t even have PCOS can use to really achieve abundant health.

start watching them from the beginning. And like I’ve said two days ago if you really
can’t make a commitment to even watch one video a week and you can’t even make that
commitment to really watch these series and get these FREE information then you’re not
going to be able to commit bigger things. You have to start small and work your way
up. Life takes commitment and persistence if you ever, ever wanna achieve your big goals.
This is a testament and we’re here with Day 73 and come hell or high water I have
shown up for you with these videos because it means something to me. It’s very important
for me.

So I’m gonna make this brief because I need to get started for the day but the last two
days, we’ve been talking about being intentional and being specific about the goals that you
want to achieve. You cannot just say I wanna lose weight. You cannot just say I want to
overcome PCOS. I wanna be healthy. You have to be intentional. You have to be very, very
specific about what it is that you want to accomplish in every area of your life. And
yesterday we talked about meditating day and night on that goal. That may seem like a daunting
task. That may seem like its’ hard to do. Every night and every morning for a few minutes
I have to meditate
and think about these things I’ve been intentional about. But
after a while, it becomes repetitive.
