Welcome! I’m Dennis Higgins for Fitness by Dennis on behalf of Expert Village. I would
like to talk to you about some things to do with our glute muscles. One of the most neglected
body parts on our body is our glutes. Now this is Suzanne and she is going to demonstrate
to you some of the moves we can do to have a nice firm butt. Good glute muscles are very
important. We are going to start with this side first where our leg raises all the way
up, all the way in. Notice this leg is going all the way full range of motion, all the
way up, all the way up causing a crease right there in the glute muscles. Now you also want
to get both sides. She is going to switch to the other side. Very good Suzanne. Full
range of motion. Once again, look at the stretch, look at the tightness of the glute muscles.
That is very very important. There are two parts. She is going to do number 2; watch
this one right here. She is going to fold her arms, hang one leg straight up in the
air and pull it straight down. Once again, tightening the glute muscles. Working, you
must do this 3 to 4 times a week in order for those glute muscles to stay firm. Now
just like this side she has another side. We want to get this side a little bit. All
the way up stretching and pulling; pulling and stretching. Very good Suzanne. Thank you
