With its rural setting and home away from home feel,
the Little Foxes at Gatwick is far more of a bed and breakfast
than it's ever going to be a swanky hotel. In fact, in this woodland setting,
it's almost got a fairytale Little Red Riding Hood sort of charm to it.
This laid-back homeliness makes it really attractive for families looking for a woodland
adventure for the kids. Or just for couples who fancy a slice of the simple life.
Bedrooms here vary from large family rooms,
with cots available on request for the little ones,
to completely separate annex rooms across the drive converted from the old stables.
Now, just like grandmother's cottage in the fairytale, you won't find a bar here, but
the Ifield Court just up the road is your best bet.
"Tell me Simon, how do I get to the Ifield Court?" "Well it's very easy..."
However, there is a comfortable TV lounge area, where you and the children can enjoy
a bit of wholesome quality time together.
Dinner isn't available here at the Little Foxes
so again, guests are invited to stroll up to the nearby Ifield Court.
A help yourself-style cold buffet is available from as early as 2am at Little Foxes,
and they'll be very happy to whip you up a cooked breakfast just how you like it.
And do remember that both breakfast and dinner can be booked in advance with Holiday Extras
for a great deal. So, for a homely little haven in the woods
that offers a bit of a personal touch, I'd happily recommend the Little Foxes at Gatwick.
Holiday Extras. We take the hassle, you take the holiday.
