The session starts with a journey back through Heidi's current life.
More and more she delves down into her subconcious.
Until she finally is in trance.
Let's go back in time when you were 15 or 14, the typical teenager phase.
Was there a positive moment in your life then?
Or maybe another moment that influenced your life later and wasn't so nice then?
Sorry I'm back again.
Maybe I'm too excited.
The first attempt was a failure.
Heidi does not find peace of mind in herself.
Another strategy is necessary now.
The problem is that she feels cramped.
The outer circumstances are not yet favorable to make progress here.
I will use another method now.
I send her into a house of her own choice.
She then can choose a door in that house to go through.
We call it a "life door".
In this way she can enter a life she chooses.
There is a room.
I see a bed.
A big window.
I feel my hands and legs are cold.
How old are you approximately?
10.
But it's the bedroom of my Grandma.
She is not there, though.
I don't know where she's gone.
I'm alone in this house.
I'm very agitated. It seems something happened.
But I don't know what.
I'm scared.
Now I know she died.
I feel so very lonely.
I can open her wardrobe and see her clothes.
I see myself in the mirror.
Ralf Dahmen is not yet troubled by Heidi's emotional tension.
He asks specifically about details from this life that might be verifiable.
The journey goes on.
Now about 20 years later.
I count from 1 to 3.
On 3 you will be in the next important situation of that life.
Counting: 1, 2, 3.
I'm in a public square.
A huge place.
It's like a market place.
There's a townhall.
Now you're standing on that place. How does it look like?
A foreign town.
Let me ask spontaneously for the name of the town now.
Any name that comes up?
Aachen.
A detailed clue.
The town, the townhall, her own house.
Heidi gives details about it.
However, she's never been to Aachen before.
- Hello. - Hello.
After this 2-hour session nothing is the same anymore for Heidi.
- Let's have a look. Coffee? - Yes, thanks.
Take a seat please.
Everyone must decide if they believe in this or not.
But for me it is clear now that I lived before and will live again.
But today's experience is not yet the end of Heidi's past life journey.
She wants to fix the images on paper as long as they are still vivid in her mind.
The town hall of Aachen is a strong clue.
Even stronger: The house where Heidi lived in.
What really strikes me is the facade.
It's the roof.
It has steps. A stepped roof.
That's what I remember very accurately.
The next step of Heidi's search is ahead.
She must go there and validate her images and emotions.
Heidi's past life journey ends in Aachen.
Arrival in Aachen.
Heidi and Ralf are in Aachen for the first time.
Here they follow the clues of Heidi's past life regression.
They soon make a find.
The old townhall is a cultural landmark.
But for Heidi it also has a personal history.
Up there you find the figurines.
The search is successful.
Heidi's past life images come alive now.
It proves that what I saw in trance is all true.
I lived here before.
I've lost my fear of death and dying now.
The mission is not finished yet.
Heidi wants to find the house where she thinks she lived 200 years ago.
However, 2 World Wars have changed the appearance of Aachen considerably.
- Let's go over there. - Of course.
Not sure, but I think there is a house.
And it has these ...
- The stepped roof? - Yeah.
Together they walk through the historic district of Aachen.
A few hundred metres from the townhall, Heidi suddenly stops.
That is the house.
That is definitely the house.
That is most certainly the very house I saw.
How does it feel?
I know that's it.
Because I know the street and all of it.
It's what I saw.
On the left, in the basement, that room.
It's where the left window is.
There used to be the kitchen.
In between houses from the 50ies, there is actually an old brick house.
Heidi had drawn the marked shape of its roof on paper after her regression.
I am very very touched now.
Inside myself I now know it for certain.
What I saw during the regression was true.
Heidi's past life journey ends in Aachen.
But it is only the beginng of her journey to her former self.
