DAVID POSTADA: Hi. This is David for Expert Village. Today we're going to make one of
my all- time favorite comfort foods, salmon cakes. Alright, now we've assembled our salmon
patty sandwich and we're going to use this salmon patty as either a side dish or you
know, a full-on entree. We're going to use that beautiful beurre blanc with dill sauce
that we made. Alright, so the sauce has been simmering nice and warm. You see all that
beautiful dill in here and we have our salmon cake right here. This is going to be an appetizer
serving and otherwise we can make these actually bigger and make these a full dinner serving,
but you just want to drizzle some of these beautiful dill beurre blanc over the top of
this. You can even use this as a bed. You can put this underneath and then put your
patty on the top and you can decorate it anyway you want with this and then what I like to
do is snip a little bit of these beautiful fresh chives back on here too. Just go ahead
and just snip 'em right here and you could see this is going to make a presentation on
your plate, just like that. And then you can actually clean up your plate a little bit
if you'd like. If you want to make a little extra fancy, you can go ahead and just around
this area like this. And here you have a beautiful salmon cake with beurre blanc that with dill.
