All right ya'all. DS2DIO. The Arena presents to you Lil' Demon.
He's not playing. He's not playing.
That's the future ya'all, that's the future ya'all.
Oh, oh, oh, come on.
Give 'em that B-boy pose, give 'em that B-boy pose. Whooo, Lil' Demon ya'all, Lil' Demon.
FLIPZ: Semi-finals number one did not disappoint. Wick, show me some love, baby. It was an all
out battle between Floor Phantom's East Coast attack and Morris' West Coast tactics, leaving
our judges in a split decision. ASIA ONE: Phantom, I'm like you know classic B-boy,
which is what this dance is about. CRAZY LEGS: I honestly, I thought you was gonna blow him
away in the footwork thing. ABSTRAK: Just because it looks clean doesn't mean it looks
fresh. CRAZY LEGS: You can't judge people on what they meant to do. Either they completed
it or they didn't. FLIPZ: So Morris was able to top Phantom in the footwork challenge and
capture his spot in the finals. Hey, I'm Angela Sun for DS2DIO. The crowd is going bananas
here at the Los Angeles Convention Center where we are moments away from the battle
that will take us to the championships. Yup, that's right, the pressure is on for El Nino
or Gravity, only one of which will be able to prove that he has what it takes to face
Morris in the finals. FLIPZ: Yeah, semi-finals, round two. Are you all ready? I'm about to
introduce to the stage El Nino.
Boston, Floor Lords, Rocking forever. Pick a side.
ANNOUNCER: El Nino.
It was pretty obvious that I was gonna end up a B-boy, because like you
know when you're a kid you kind of just look up to everyone who's older than you, you know,
your older brothers, your uncles. I used to see them dancing in my grandma's
living room and I used to try to copy them. And I was kinda destined, yeah, to
become a B-boy. A lot of people like my style because it's continuous, it's fast, it's
finesse, you know what I mean. It keeps going. Yeah, I'm excited to see the YouTube
comments and what people think, you know what I mean? I want to just inspire the kids cause
I inspire like a whole new generation of kids, definitely something that keeps us going.
FLIPZ: Next up to the Arena let me get Gravity.Whooo.
Five Crew Dynasty. Repping NYC.
ANNOUNCER: Gravity.
When we break we truly don't just move, we express freely beyond what people
can really understand. We all have this love, this passion, this this fire, you know what
I'm saying. No matter how many times B-boys stop, they'll always find themselves coming
back, always. I don't want people to just be like awwww, Gravity is dope. He does a
dope back flip. I want people to be out there like damn, I wouldn't mind living that lifestyle,
you know getting involved and learning more about it. I have a daughter now and I raise
my daughter accordingly to my lifestyle. I want her to be you know independent, strong
willed and free. I feel like the weight of the world is always on me, no matter what.
But for those, say like thirty to forty-five seconds that I hit that floor, I feel like
I get like this relief. FLIPZ: El Nino, what's it gonna be. Heads. It's tails, it's tails,
it's tails. El Nino. You gotta break the ice on this one. Yo Arena, are you all ready?
Judge, are you ready? DJ Wicked, let's drop that beat. Semi-finals, round two. El Nino vs. Gravity.
Thirty seconds of flavor. Boston Floor Lord, El Nino, AKA Pookie.
Five, four, three, two, one. Oh Gravity, you know it's - Ohhh. What's poppin'? Thirty seconds.
And he's gonna rep it to the fullest, New York. It's Gravity.
That's right. Extreme dynamic.
Five, four, three, two, one. We got the challenge round. Yo, let me get that square on the floor.
It's rocking, baby. Let me get that square, rockin' . Rockin' . Fifteen seconds.
Five, four, three, two, one. Gravity. Fifteen seconds. Use, it abuse it but rock it.
Five, four, three, two, one. Anything goes. Drop it. Thirty seconds. Round three. Pookie, AKA El Nino.
Boston Floor Lords.
Five, four, three, two, one. Switch it. Thirty seconds.
Oh, he's given' it to him.
Five, four, three, two, one. Fifteen seconds left. Final round.
Five, four, three, two, one. Final round for Gravity.
Five Crew Dynasty, repping NYC. Holding it down.
Five, four, three, two,one.
Enough said, enough said. ANGELA: Amazing. FLIPZ: Wow, wow, wow. Gravity, how
did you feel about the entire battle? GRAVITY: It's something I always wanted. Ah he's one
of the first B-boys that I really look to look up to on a higher level and I'm
happy I'm up here. FLIPZ: That's what's up. Mad respect. ANGELA: El Nino, what are
your thoughts? EL NINO: Yo, I just freestyle, baby. Have fun and freestyle. That's it.
ANGELA: Obviously the judges are taking their time. FLIPZ: What is the verdict, what is the verdict?
ANGELA: Let's go to Abstrak. FLIPZ: Abstrak. ABSTRAK: I have nothing bad to say. You know
El Nino, man, I've seen you since he was a - you were a kid. Amazing. Gravity, always amazing
as well, but like before, there's only gonna be one winner. ASIA ONE: That was probably
the hypest battle I've seen yet. I like, Gravity, how you approached the top rock session. You
had a method to what you did with the four squares. You got your your own definition
of your own style and I love that, love what you're doing. CRAZY LEGS: Both of you brothers
are beasts, just straight up beasts. But it didn't look like one came to win more than
the other. It just looked like you both came to win. Although I did feel that El Nino,
you were kind of like all over the place with, you didn't really respect the square in the
in the cypher, you know for what the contest is. But then this brother over here is, you
just amazed the hell out of me, bro. The things you do and the directions you throw moves
in is so awkward and unexpected that it's mind blowing and it's really inspiring to
me personally as a B-boy. And I don't call many people a true B-boy. And that goes for both of you.
FLIPZ: And the winner is…
ANNOUNCER: El Nino
There you have it you guys. El Nino advances to the championships. And now Floor Phantom and Gravity will
compete for third place. It's gonna be such an epic match up in the finals and you guys definitely
do not wanna miss this. Let us know what you guys think. Hit us up on Facebook or Twitter

my co-host Flipz, I'm Angela Sun and we will check you back her next time. Peace.
