Hi, good morning and yes it's bikini weigh in day and, as you know, last week I put on
a pound and decided I was going to go on the Jason Vale, Juicemaster, seven pounds in seven
days (7lbs in 7 Days).
And I did it. I wasn't perfect on it but hey, who wants to be perfect when you can be a
bit naughty? *laughs*
But ummm, you know, on the whole I did it. And I didn't drink any alcohol and I drank
a load of juices and the odd thing is I feel porky. Still.
But that could be because I'm on my period but yeah, it will be interesting to see if
there's any difference.
I've had a quick look in my mirror to see if I could see ANY change at all. The only
change I think I can see is on my face. Look, look, looook - I'm starting to get cheek bones!
But, I can't see much other difference. Anyway, let's get this out the way and show you what
I look like this week.

So.. this is what I look like.
I have been running every day. I'm actually up to about, I'm actually doing just over
thirty minutes now, without stopping, without having to.. let me just show my face too..

I think my waist is getting smaller. This.. oh I dunno.. it's probably going to be the
last thing to go, sods law isn't it.
My legs don't feel any different, if anything they are getting more muscular I suppose which
is a good thing, because muscle burns fat and all that.
See... still got that..
Andddd round again. See, I've still got all this going on.
Mind you, you know, I do have a fair bit of weight to lose. So there we go.
Now. I suppose I should do the scales. Ok, I have them here and I bet you can't wait!
And yes, you get to see me input my details again..
I'm 5' 1.5" or 156cm.
Ok, the moment of truth.
Oh my god! DID YOU SEE THAT???? DID YOU??!!!!
So exciting, I'm 9 stone 7 lbs!! And 29% body fat!!
So, I've managed, in a week - OH MY GOD I CAN'T BELIEVE IT - I've managed in a week,
to lose 2% body fat and... what was Iast week? I was.. 9 stone 13.5 lbs.
*laughs*
Oh my god, ok, oh my god hehehe
Can you see how excited I am? Oh my god... ohhh what is my hair doing?!
I am so excited by that.
Weird because I can't see the changes on my body really, but, according to my scales...
oooh Iove my scales this week... according to my scales I have gone down, what's that?
6.5 pounds, in a week. How cool is that?
So what am I going to do this week?
I'm going to repeat more of the same. I'm not going to do just juices for a week though,
umm but I am going to do at least two or three a day and I'm going to continue with the exercise.
So I run in the morning and then I walk twice a day at lunch time and maybe evening, for
twenty minutes.
And I suppose, don't drink too much ***, having said that, I'm going away this weekend
with my sister, Nicola, to a workshop thingy, but hey.
And.. omg, I'm just so excited by that.
So, I CAN do it. And I've got a hypothyroid. Which is an underactive thyroid which means
it can be more difficult to lose weight and I've run out of my tablets.. errr... last
Friday, which hasn't helped me so, hey, who knows, I may have lost a bit more if I hadn't
run out of my medicine.
I'm going to post about hypothyroidism actually, and tell you how you can help yourself with
the raw food diet. You basically need foods high in iodine, which will help stimulate
your thyroid gland, so things like dulse flakes, and greens like spinach and kelp. Kelp is
very good.
Anyway, that is me waffling on but HEY! I lost the weight. I'm going to go now and measure
