MARTIN MELVILLE: The economy's coming around.
I think we're turning a corner a little bit.
But what they need do to to keep up is, to watch what your
competition's doing.
If you see a competition is advertising here or there,
whether it's Twitter, Facebook, Myspace, all these
different places.
If you see them doing that, maybe you
should be doing it to.
Like, don't be the one guy that's left out.
And so, from a personal perspective, if you're a
merchant and you see that someone takes Paypal, and it's
a competitor.
Why are you doing it?
It can't hurt you, and obviously
they've made the decision.
So, from a marketing perspective, I think you've
got to really be watching.
Do searches on your own and find out where are my
competitors?
And find out where they are, and realize maybe that's the
place I need to be, because if I'm not, that means that's a
channel that I'm not getting traction in, and my
competitors are.
So you got to compete, you got to compete to be the game.
