Umh, I have liked popping for about 4 years,
From 2008.
For me, umh, physically, I was a chubby guy
also I feel more confident
and it helps me, uh..., pick up girls a lot

Eight months ago I was really stressed with homework and stuff
They make me feel so much better if I'm feeling tired or stressed out from work
Don't worry students don't stress me out, it's the marking you know
And all these activities that I have to try and organize
And with yoga, you know, it's my time, for an hour
And I become really calm, and I obviously get a really good workout at the same time
So I walk out feeling heaps better

With my dance classes, I find it very good mentally to try and remember the moves and follow moves
for an hour as we learn the dance routine, so
after that I feel quite refreshed and mentally stimulated as well
And yeah I'll feel really terrible if I have to stop doing these classes
And I recommend that you get involved in sports as well
Because it's not just for physical benefits, it'll help you mentally like it's had such impact in my whole life

And I joined this sport because my first dream is to be a professional footballer
I wish that some day I can come to the UK and play football
Amazingly, football changes my life a lot
I used to be a shy and thin, skinny, small kid
But when I play football and then I play a lot of sports
I play sport so I get fitter
healthier
So I recommend that everyone tries to play sports
At least one regualrly, or at least go to the gym
Because they helps you get good body
attractive body, you get fit
you get healthier
and even better if you can try playing football and support for my favorite club, which is Manchester United

Because it's a great way to break up the day
After lunch I'm just tired and it's hard for me to work
I'll come in here, spend about 60 mins or 75 mins, working
I'll spend some time on the treadmill for a while
and I have my music. It's a great time, a good opportunity for me to relax
and just think
and I can actually get a lot done
thinking sometimes about my day, what I should be doing
If I have a particular project that I'm working on
I can think about that project, organize it, and thinking about how to start it
And sometimes I just don't think at all, sometimes it's nice to just let your brain empty out
I think it's great and healthy for people to do that once in a while
then I'm gonna do some stretchings and sometimes come in and lift some weight
and feel really, you know, rejuvenated for the whole day.
and for me that's a really good day.
So it's part of my daily rituals
once you do it and you start to see some measurable results
and how great it feels, it becomes hard to do it
even if it's the end of the day and it's a really long day and I'm tired
But I realize that when I'm really tired like that
That's when I'm gonna feel the best after a workout.
you know, push myself and get here
and once I get on the treadmill, I find, I feel really really great doing it
So I've been doing a lot of healthy activities recently, but one that I do the most is salsa dancing
and I think everybody should try it as well
Mentally, I think salsa dancing is a nice way to relax aftr a hard day of working
I mean you can have fun, enjoy the company of a girl
but the greater thing about salsa dancing or any pair dancing is that it makes guys like me more mature
mentally mature
because on the dance floor when you invite a girl to dance
Then you have to know how to appreciate a girl, how to make her shine
That is a very good point of salsa dancing and pair dancing in general
