Hey Cookaholics, Chef Kendra here and today we're making a grilled cheese sandwich. We're
just going to fancy it up just a little bit by adding 2 cheeses and some spicy mustard.
So, let's do what we do and head to the kitchen and make it happen.
We have all our stuff ready to go, and I'm using shape cheddar cheese and Havarti but
you can go with a nice Swiss if you like that would be great in this. OK, guys. We're going
to start out by thinly slicing our tomato, just like so.
We're going with white bread here but hey, it's your kitchen use whatever kind of bread
you want. We're going to generously butter both slices of our bread.
Now on the other side we're going to spread on spicy mustard. If you're down you can go
with Dijon mustard.
Now we're adding our slice of cheese, then our sharp cheddar goes down. We're going to
put some of this down on both sides of the bread.
I like using more than one type of cheese in grilled cheese sandwiches, and there are
tons of awesome combinations. OK the next thing we're going to do is drop down our tomato
slices. I'm going with four slices of tomato.
Now all we have to do is close this guy up and slide it in our pan under medium low heat.
We're going to flip it once and brown the other side.
We're going to remove it from the pan and give it a slice, I like diagonal because that's
how my mom used to cut grilled cheese for me.
Alright, what I like about this sandwich is the way the cheeses combine for a nice flavor
and then you have that little bit of spiciness from the mustard. Yeah, I really like this.
