The past few segments we've been talking about water, where you can find it, and how to distill
it. Now, the average human can last three days without water, so that's your first priority
is to find water, but now we're ready to talk about food. Now, the average human, can last
about three weeks without food, so it's not as imperative to get to food, as it is for
water, but once you need to actually get food, here's what you're going to do. Plant foods
are very high in carbohydrates, and protein, so if you have any plants around that you
know are edible, that's ok to eat, and it's a good source of energy, to keep you going.
I don't recommend just living off plant foods, because you're not getting a full balanced,
nutritional diet, so you're always going to have to find bigger and better food. Rabbits,
quails, which I'm going to show you in these next segments, how to find a game trail, and
capture these types of animals. Fish, and mollusks, and clams, if you can get your hands
on any of these. Very high source of protein, very good to eat, and then while you have
everything set up in traps, then you can go for bigger game. You can make yourself a bow
and arrow. You can make yourself a number of different weapons, to fight for bigger
game, so now in this segment, we're going to be talking about food. Let's move on.
