Hey guys look in my experience the easiest way to get a lot of calories
into your diet is to blend them up, all together at once. Instead of having
to sit down and eat multiple things at once. Were just going to put it all
in the blender, mix it up and drink it. It's so much easier.
So what we are going to do, were going to make one of the most calorie
filled smoothies you've ever had. We've got a combination of nuts here ,
macadamias, peanuts, brazil nuts and cashews. Very, Very thick , high in
calories and good fats. That's going to be the start of our smoothie. We
also need a cup of water. Actually, two cups. Start there two cups of
water, some banana. That's going to be the sweetener, obviously thicken it
up as well. Make sure it taste good.
If it doesn't taste good were not going to drink it, obviously, right? Some
dates, one, two, three, four, five, six dates. Some honey if you like, some
sweetener and then some chia seeds. These are the good fats as well. All
this base here, this is the milky substance of the smoothie. Just a tea
spoon of chia seeds. It's really going to thicken it up. These are all the
good fats. I would not be able to sit down and eat that throughout the day,
at all. That's just so much easier to put it in the smoothie. What have you
got there, the brazil nuts? They've got selenium in them. Also brazil nuts
are good for increasing your testosterone. That's really important if you
want to put on a lot of mass and muscle as well. So all that goes on. Turn
So that's our milky base. Now were going to put in an egg. With eggs you
can put as many as you like in. I'm just going to put one in. Well if you
want to put two in, put two in. All the yoke there and the egg whites, high
protein. All the nutrients you need to grow muscle. Some avocado. Now
avocado is really going to thicken up. So just a quarter of an avocado. So
that's good fats again. Coconut oil , just a heap teaspoon, probably a
tablespoon of there. Throw it in like that. And some protein. Just scoop up
your own protein. This is hemp protein. And that is it. Put the lid back
on top. Put a bit of ice in as well if you like. Now, on the lowest
setting, we're just going to run it through I don't want to blend it too
much. Just so its mixed through. So that's two cups there, as you can see.
Very thick consistency. Let's get a cup. Hang on. All right now. I can just
tell this is going to fill me up.
Awesome. You can taste the banana, all the nuts in there, and the honey.
Can't even taste the avocado. There's no way I could sit down and eat all
that would take ages. I could just blend it up. It's just an easier way of
getting calories into my diet. So hopefully you'll enjoy it.
