Hi, I am Suseela. Welcome to Suseela's Kitchen.
Today I am going to show you Simple Fried Chicken Curry.
This recipe serves 2.
To make chicken curry you need:
1 big onion finely chopped, 1 tea spoon green chilli - finely chopped, salt to taste,
Turmeric.. 1/4 tea spoon, 1/2 tea spoon red chilli powder,
few coriander leaves, few curry leaves.
For masala, you will need:
1 tea spoon.. 2 table spoon coriander powder,
1 tea spoon cumin powder,
1/4 tea spoon fennel powder,
1/4 tea spoon cinnamon powder
1 pinch clove powder
1/2 tea spoon garlic paste, 1/2 tea spoon ginger paste
1/4 cup of coconut cream and cooking oil
For marinade, you will need 1 table spoon... cooking oil
err 300 grams chicken, cut into small pieces.
I am adding cooking oil,
coriander powder, ginger
garlic, cinnamon powder
fennel powder, cinnamon, clove powder
1 pinch clove powder.
You mix them all together.
Now add chilli powder, turmeric powder,
salt to taste. Mix them.. together
OK, you mix it well and keep it aside.
2 table spoon cooking oil.
Wait until its heated up.
Oil is ready, now add onion, green chilli, curry leaves.
Fry them until onion lightly caramelised.
Now, it is time to add chicken mix.
You cook on a high medium flame.
Stir the chicken until lightly cooked.
Now, add water.
Cover the lid.
Cook for.. on low heat about 15 minutes.
Now, check the curry.
Its nearly done.
Now, add coconut cream, few coriander leaves.
Mix well and increase the flame to medium flame.
Close the lid and cook for another 10 minutes on medium flame, high-medium flame.
Now its time to check, its nearly done.
Its done, turn off the stove.
Leave it for a while without covering the lid.
