Hi everyone, I'm Russ Handler, with a bit of a tip for you phone junkies, out there.
You know, it's been a long time since we used to have these old analog phones. We then progressed
to these fancy digital cordless phones, but you know, now it's the cell age, and a lot
of people want to be able to block their outgoing number, as they place that call with their
cell phone. It's pretty simple to do. First of all, call your provider. Let them know
that you want all of your outgoing calls, not to be registered on somebody's caller
ID. It's that simple. They will gladly do that for you. Now, if you want to just block
individual calls, and not all those that are outgoing, it's simple. Before you dial your
number, just dial *67. That will ensure that, that outgoing call, will not be representative
of your phone number. Now, keep in mind, as you are dialing, after you dial *67 individually,
you will not hear a beep, as you generally do, when you're on a landline. However, keep
proceeding with the number, and the call will go through, and that's how you do it. I'm
Russ Handler. Have a great day.
