Today I want to talk about Conjugated linoleic Acid, or ‘CLA’. Although, it’s been
around a while, but there’s been a lot of recent buzz about it, so I thought I’d give
you my take on it. I’m sure you’ve heard by now how amazing
this little fatty acid is when it comes to burning fat. And I’m sure you’ve seen
all the CLA supplements out there promising easy weight loss in a “magic pill’.
Even the big names in day-time talk have pushed it.
I want to tell you … I think you’re better off without it ... as a supplement.
99% of CLA supplements are junk, and actually harmful … they simply don’t contain the
correct form of CLA. While it’s true that CLA has some great
health benefits, those benefits cannot be found in a pill.
Like any nutrient, the best source, and only source of good CLA, is found naturally in
the food we eat! … mainly raw dairy and meats...
…even more, the highest concentrations of this lovely little fat are found in the dairy
and meats that come from grass-fed livestock. So, before you go out with high hopes and
waste your money on a “magic weight-loss pill”, stop off at the grocery store instead
