On behalf of Expert Village I'm Laura Banford. I'm going to show you how to make a seafarer's
double. Hello, today we're going to make what I call the seafarer's double which is two
different types of fish treated into two different ways. When I'm using fresh fish as I'm going
to do today, I like to let them to be the stars of the show. So our presentation is
going to be fairly simple but as I said fresh and definitely delicious. We're going to make
two different kinds of fish. The first is a grilled salmon with a Prosecco butter sauce
which is a berblank, really delicious and colorful and we're going to add some different
peppers in there, it's going to be great. The second is pan fried potrolie sole. We're
going to dredge it and saute the sole and serve it with a delicious sauce made with
dijon mustard. So join me in my next clip when I show you the equipment that you'll
need to make grilled salmon.
