Best Time To Take Protein Powder For Building Muscle
Protein Powder Builds Muscle!
There is no doubt about that, but when is the "BEST" time to take your protein powder
? In this video i recommended that you take
it IMMEDIATELY AFTER your workout but AFTER your heart rate has gone down. I believe that
if your heart rate is still way up. your body will use the protein powder as fuel for your
cardiovascular system. WHICH IS OK. if that's what your going for. but if you are spending
money on protein powder or some sort of muscle building supplement. You want it to do just
that!
BUILD MUSCLE.. AND FAST
When you DRINK your protein, it is absorbed WAY FASTER than a protein bar or some sort
of material food containing protein. ALSO, you want the active ingredients and the muscle
building ingredients to go to work IMMEDIATELY. That way you can recover from your insane
workout and get back to Ballin' Out!
