Hello, welcome everybody here in Hungary. We are in Budapest in Iguana restaurant and
we going to cook Mexican food today on behalf of Expert Village. We going to cook today
a very typical Mexican which is called Chiles Relleno and on the side dish we going do a
red rice and ranchero sauce. My name is Tunde Mandly I am working here in Budapest in Iguana
restaurant and our Chef is Gabor Godri and is going to do this excellent food today for
us. Prepare the red rice, because these going to take a little bit long time a longer time.
So we start with the side dish first, we need for the red rice, regular rice. The rice be
put in hot oil and we going to roast it a little bit. When we see that the rice is roasted
in a good level, taking two minutes until the rice is ready.
