Hi. This is Mark from ilovefitnessmarketing.com and what I am going to tell you today is what
actually worked very well last month. So like I said, we have a good bit of a series here
in videos that we have identified using the experience transformer -- what worked and
what did not for our last month -- and what did work very well is with the use of the
experience transformer. So if ever we have an experience, we called it "bam," you know,
it could be positive, it could be negative. If it is negative, you want to use the energy
that is created by it to create a positive. So for example, you are going to have clients
that leave and everyone will, you are always going to have a situation and as we did, what
happened was one of our clients said she did not really get on very well with one of our
trainers which was actually strange because he was the most experienced trainer and probably
the least likely for the situation to ever happened. However, it was a "bam." It could
be thought of as a negative. Realistically in the old days that would have destroyed
my whole afternoon because I would have been pissed off and I would have been focusing
on, "Oh, what can we do, what can we do?" And I will be in reactionary. But what we
did is we went through the experience transformer. It is a tool. We asked ourselves the right
questions and basically allowed us to come up with the right answers. We put in place
things, meaning this will never happen again but also it means that it will fix the situation.
And I certainly believe that it has actually fixed and managed to keep the client, made
her happy and made her be in love with the center again. So that is what you should be
doing. You should not be reactionary, you should go through a process every time a "bam"
happens to you and you will find that you will end up having less and less "bams" but
it means that you are going to be producing positive from a negative and that will really
start driving your business forward. So I love to hear your comments. You can use the
Facebook comment box below, otherwise I will speak to you next time and this is Mark from
