Hi my name is Jane Murphy I'm here at Zen Clay Cafe in Morgantown, West Virginia and
I'm going to be showing you a heart healthy bread recipe on behalf of Expert Village.
The ingredients we're going to use to make our Kamut bread we have honey and applesauce
unsweetened, salt, yeast, low fat buttermilk, or fat free buttermilk and skim milk, some
glutton flour, some kamut, which we grind in the kamut flour, some wheat which is perry
gold and we grind that into wheat flour and then some unbleached bread flour.
