of course, the main ingredient is the fish and it is the cat fish.
We have rice paste. in case you don't have the rice paste, you can use plain yogurt.
other important paste is the shrimp paste. this is the shrimp paste
in case you don't find shrimp paste, you can replace it by the fish sauce.

some other ingredients, we can use the lemon grass
galangal or ginger root. So if you don't have it, you can use a little bit of ginger
you clean it and it is.

Mix all the ingredients

place in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour then we will grill it
Grill the fish with charcoal (or put it in a hot oven at 400 F / 200 C for 15 minutes)
making the Vietnamese Dipping Sauce
add the fresh lime juice, sugar, fish sauce, garlic, red chili pepper
now add the chopped fresh dill
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet or wok, add the fish pieces and some green (scallions, dills, cilantro, etc.). Sauté until fragrant.
Serve the fish and greens hot right after frying them.
