Texsa Asia has participated in one of the most
most important architectural projects of recent times.
Marina Bay Integrated Resort is a brand new complex situated in the bay of Singapore.
The main building comprises of three hotel towers which rise 200m into the sky
topped by a spectacular platform that contains
a 150m long swimming pool and landscaped gardens with hundreds of plants.
The impressive structure houses more than 2500 luxury hotel rooms,
six restaurants,
a shopping center,
two theatres,
and a large casino.
We've used Texsa's products both in the hotel
and in other buildings in the complex
such as in the casino
and the convention and exhibition centre.
At the moment, we're working
on the new Arts and Science museum
and the two floating pavilions.
More than 120.000m2 of Texsa's TEXSELF waterproofing membranes
and TECSOUND soundproofing membranes
have been used in the construction of this complex
designed by the prestigious architect Moshe Safdie.
