Hello! Today I feel like talking trends of this upcoming spring/summer season of 2014
so that's what we're gonna do. I'm gonna talk about some of the make up trends, I'm gonna
show you pictures from runway and stuff and them I'm gonna recreate some of the looks,
my favourites of course. That's it! Oh, and before we start, I want to mention I have
Facebook page now. It would mean a world to me if you would go and like it, I will insert
the link in description bar. Now let's start for real.
I absolutely loved the blue eyeshadows on models ar Marc by Marc Jacobs show. I'm really
into blue color lately so that's probably the reason why I like it so much but it was
really gorgeous. So i'm gonna do a similar look and it's actually really easy. You can
get the look by just applying intense dark blue eyeshadow, but what I did - I firstly
highlighted my inner corners with white, then I took this gorgeous beautiful dark blue shade
by bhcosmetics. And it looked really good but I wanted something a bit lighter for my
lid. It's perfect for crease but for lid I used 'Light Blue' pigment by Mac. I didn't
do much blending on my crease because models had the look when crease is very defined but
for everyday look you can definitely blend it out and it would be even more wearable.
Next, I've seen a lot of white eyeshadows and white eyeliners. That's actually, I think,
a really interesting look but I think I will pass because I can do some white in my waterline,
in my inner corners but that's basically it. I'm not really into wearing white eyeliner.
But if you want to go for it then definitely do it, don't listen to me! Oh, but I like
this one, when it's on the lower lashline. I could try this maybe. Ok, let's move on.
Then there are eyeshadows in pastel colors or pastel tones, I'm not sure how to correctly
say it, but all kinds of colors. It's actually pretty beautiful. I really like this trend
because it's really soft and natural and springish but in the meantime you can really make your
eyes pop with the right color and it's something a bit different, it's not your usual gold-brown
kind of eye. So I'm gonna definitely wear it this spring and I'm gonna create a look
with pastel tones for you right now. I will go for really soft look because I like soft
kind of looks with pastel tones, that's just me, so that's what I'm gonna do. First I'm
using this light yellow color for my inner corners and I'm using yellow because really
compliments my eyes. Next, I'm using this minty color for my lower lashline. I'm using
mint because it contrasts yellow and it will make my eyes pop and not dissapear. That's
that. And for outer corner I'm gonna use pink. I don't really have a reason why I use pink,
I just thought it will look pretty. I used 3 colors but you can also use only 1 color
and put it in your inner corner or outer corner or only lower lashline and it will be a nice
little accent. Orange lips. I don't even think I have to
tell you about them because I feel like the color is everywhere and it was all over the
runway aswell so it might be a huge trend this season. I hope so because I really like
the color. At the moment I don't own any orange lipsticks so I made this color by mixing red
and yellow from my MUFE's flash palette. And that's a nice trick, if you want some kind
of color and you don't have it, you can always use this because you can make basically everything
with this palette. I'm definitely going to purchase some orange lipsticks cuz I'm in
love with them and if you have some suggestions for good colors or good brands that I could
get then please let me know. Fresh face with 'no makeup' on. Honestly,
it's nothing new and I've seen it on models since I can remember. But I hope this trend
never ends because I absolutely love how beautiful natural skin looks without all the billion
products on it, cakiness, and.. you know. If you need some coverage but you still wanna
get that natural look, I recommend using a really light foundation, and some concealer,
if you need to, then powder, and on top you can highlight your cheekbones with some sparkly,
shimmery light eyeshadow or star powder and stuff, just to give you that glow.
I really loved eye makeup on jason's wu models, it was just stunningly beautiful. Here you
can see the look with golden eyeshadows with sparkles and some contouring in crease. Recreating
this look is actually super simple. Just take some golden eyeshadow, I took this loose pigment
by elf in color 'golden goddess' and apply it all over you lid. Then just contour your
crease with some dark brown and to pull the look together I bring the color down to my
lover lashline aswell. Oh, and I applied gel eyeliner and some mascara, of course. Easy!
And lastly, eyeliners! All kinds of eyeliners - there are perfect cat eyes, then there are
those kind of smoked out looks, by the way I love this one by Versace, it's just gorgeous.
Then there are those drawn in shapes, all kinds of shapes. You can get really creative
with your eyeliner this season. Go ahead, try something new! Why not?
That's everything I have for you today. I hope you enjoyed this video and found some
new ideas. Don't forget about that facebook page, link is in the description bar. See
you next time! Bye bye!
