I got up earlier than usual this morning
and walked all the way to school
to pick up my daughter’s report.
I hope that she will work or study.
To be honest, I don’t even know the five vowels.
I don’t know the difference between them.
Since our children were small, we’ve taught them to listen to us.
Sometimes I see young people the same age as my daughter;
they are running around drinking beer and not listening to their parents.
I may not be able to read like my children can,
but I know what is good and bad for them.
I would like them to find work – a good job.
Many job opportunities have disappeared in our area,
because there is no power.
We urgently need electricity here.
So far, our government has not helped us.
The help we’re getting now – I’m not really sure where it’s coming from…
from the government or from someone else.
The main thing is that we’re getting help.
It will be like an epiphany for me.
As if dawn is breaking and it is getting light.
The light will make our work much easier.
My homework when I get home from school.
They will enjoy writing more,
because they will be able to see so much better.
Listening to music.
Watching TV!
Seeing what is going on in other countries.
They have given us a gift!
I am so happy now.
We thank God and everyone who has made this possible.
I thank them from the bottom of my heart.
