Cut the 1 carrot into thin strips.
Remove the napa cabbage's core, and cut coarsely.
Cut the 1/2 block konnyaku into thin strips.
Cut the pork into easy-to-eat pieces.
Slice the "naruto-maki", and tear the eryngii mushrooms into lengthwise strips.
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok pan, and fry the pork.
When the color of the pork changes, add the prepared ingredients. Stir-fry.
Stir-fry for a while…. When the ingredients soften, add the eryngii, 3 tbsp sake, 2 tbsp soy sauce, seafood mix. Continue to stir-fry.
Then add the naruto-maki, and cover. Cook for a while.
The rest, add the starch-and-water mixture to the wok pan to thicken. It's done.
