Hi! This is Matt on behalf of Expert Village and today I'm going to show you how to make
Chinese sesame chicken. Now we're going to worry about our green onion here. We definitely
don't want the little...I call them the Wilson thing from Cast Away because they look like
Wilson. You see that? I'm going to cut those things off real quick because we're not going
to use those.
Actually, for this I want this side. We'll keep these and we'll put them in too, but
we definitely want this side right here. If you've ever seen Chinese food like you see
in soup. We definitely want this, and that's what we're going to use. We'll cut about half
an inch pieces like that, which is perfect. I'm going to put these off to one side and
then I'm going to take these. I'll put this off to another side. I'll put these separately.
Just kind of move that off to its own little space and there you have it. Then we can worry
about our zucchini and our green pepper.
