The Paparazzi can be very valuable and also very annoying. Again, you have to find how
to work with them, because they can really help you create a really effective buzz for
a campaign that you're doing. I personally have, I don't know, five to six Paparazzi
on speed dial. I know when I need them, like we discussed before, like creating a great
photo op. But, there are the certain type of paparazzis that are annoying in that follow
you or follow your clients around.
But I realize all they're looking for is that money shot. So if you're getting followed
by the Paparazzi and you don't want them to be following you, just give them the shot
that they want. Basically, it's a playful look in camera, little wave, maybe a peace
sign, or just something that they know that they can sell, because basically, their job
is to take a photo of a celebrity and sell it.
When they start stalking you is when you are ignoring them, or covering your face, or not
giving them what they want. If you just turn to them, be like, "Hey.", give them the shot
they want, and then it's like, "Can I enjoy my lunch now?" or "Can you let me go on my
way?" Then, you become human to them and they'll be like, "Okay, she gave me what I needed,
and you know what? I'm going to give them their space now."
