Hi it's Landon from World Help Solutions and we wanted to tell you about a lesson we learned
in communication. So, before lunch two days ago we decided we wanted walls built. We described
these walls to the workers as being a continuous wall across the stream made of large stones.
We gave very little other description other than we wanted them piled up two feet high,
three feet wide and the full width. When we came back from lunch they had done just what
we said three feet, two feet but instead of packing them tightly, fitting them like bricks,
they were just thrown into a cage and wrapped. It met our description exactly but it was
not what we had intended so we are having to make them redo it, uh, to their dismay
but now, after making some of the other walls that we had described, uh, they recognized
the difference and are doing an amazing job of recovering what we've done. So, our fault,
we didn't know how to communicate exactly and clearly, so we're learning.
