Alright guys, Ro4ch here with Gamer Fitness.
and this is my first vlog on this channel and
really in my YouTube career I have several the channels
acrossed YouTube gaming channels hence the name gamer fitness
in this video wanted to show you guys my eight-week transformation have been
now going on 12 weeks now but I'll have any
photos or anything from the 12 week transformation that's another video
but I have my 8 week transformation and I'm going to bring them up.
right now and round 12 weeks killer brother came to visit me in Sweden I
currently live in Sweden
came away from california and he is into the gym and stuff like that
and so while he was here he decided to go with to the gym with him and hang out
with them and
chain with a man after he left I decided you know what when take this little more
seriously
so I decided change my diet up wanna put a photo at right now
have the before and after an eight weeks I change my diet up
and I started training every day and as you can see I lost
my god and a lot of fat /url HS and actually my arms
lost a lot of weight there and in my face
you see now if you look at me now in the log on the video watching
that I did lose so that way and then here

that I have definitely shrunk
and I used to be a big I still am
a big soda fan favorite during doctor pepper repair kinda
I make my own repair as mayor packed a
like soda so much but I haven't had so therefore
12 weeks now I have had you know look up here and there when I get invited over
dinners or we go eat out someone offers me
some sort or some I have no problem with that here's a shot from the back here

but I did a lot of high intensity training a lot of weight lifting
and then I change my diet the biggest thing is the diet so if you wanna stay

build muscle and maintains and definition here and there and in on this

much muscle they're not now and start to develop more muscle
because it takes up quite a bit I'm but I'll be another video on that or we
