Ahoy thar, Legion! Tethra's Doom is now complete and my xp boost is-a burnin! So let's make
this a short one!
The Gorgon Wraith has been released and it's fairly safe to say almost everyone hates it.
That's a bit of a shame as I was looking forward to it, and while it does perform admirably
I can say it is far from an OP killing machine most Wraiths tend to feel like.
That said, it is a solid anti-corpus weapon and to anyone newer to the game or stuck with
the starting equipment, this will be an amazing boost! Also it has high status chance so with
it's innate Impact damage you'll be punting dead bodies all over the place with it, which
is a mini-game in itself.
Currently its stats do seem to reflect the ease at which you could acquire the weapon,
so it does seem to be more for gun collectors and newer players.
The mods handed out in this event all increase electric damage and status chance. Cicero
Crisis was the last event and that too gave out elemental damage mods paired up with status
chance increases. I'm glad to see these types starting to roll out.
Finally, we were also given badges for this event. One for normal, and one for high-scoring
players in Nightmare. In general badges tend to be blurs on the screen, even when stationary,
so they provide a minor addition to your customization options.
The only time people could even see them is at the end of a mission when everyone at the
extraction point is waiting for that one guy that somehow got lost down a straight hallway.
This changes slightly with the Quantum Emblem. No longer is it a flat and static decal bending
across your shoulder, now it is a birds nest of spiraling energy, a digital flower pinned
to only those with the most dedication and free time. Those pathetic individuals who
think a virtual trophy could ever give them real life statu--
Why are you showing them us wearing it?
We were supposed to cut that--!
--Thank-you for watching, Legion! If this video provided you some helpful information,
a smile, or just something to listen to in the background as you stomp Corpus filth into
the dirt, we'd be honored if you could like and share this video with your fellow Tenno.
As always, if you have any questions or suggestions, feel free to leave a comment bellow.
Catch you next time, Legion!
Take care!
